As a Senior Project Manager for our firm, you will be responsible for the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. You will need to be organized, professional and a good communicator, both with clients and with our internal team. You will be expected to take a project from initial concept to delivery and project closeout. You will create proposals for new work and maintain relationships with existing clients. You must have a can-do, problem-solving attitude and approach to the job.
The right candidate will have 6+ years of post-graduation experience working in a structural engineering department with either engineering focus detailed below.
1. Substation Structural Engineering - provide design and structural solutions to electrical substations across the southwest. This includes coordinating with other design team consultants, creating drawings and details and providing engineering support during construction.
2. Aerial Adventure / Amusement Engineering - provide analysis of existing amusement structures, design of new amusement structures including roller coasters, indoor play parks, race tracks, and zip lines, regulatory compliance and construction support.
