After months of working and several sales I still have never been paid. There's always some excuse as to why and when it'llbe in my account. I reached out to other reps and they all say the same thing. There's a reason why everyone quits within a month.

Friendly place to work, plenty of room for advancement and great culture. If you are looking for a place that is fast paced and innovated, then you're at the right place. Been here for 7 months and watching this company grow quickly. Amazing salesforce, opportunity to move into leadership, junior partnership or even partnership within a few months for the highly driven.
Cons
Even though many of the people at this company have been together for many years, VI-A Consulting if fairly new company. So, they are in the process of hiring talent. Still in the process of creating their own branding. But overall, they are doing fairly well. And growing quickly.
