They offer great benefit packages

average like other companies, uses vsp which could be a pain

Two plan options -- one gives you glasses every other year or contacts the other gives you both every year. Co-pays are ~$100/person for both but insurance covered glasses and contacts up to a certain $ amount (if you can find a preferred provider in your area with a decent stock).

Haven't use it but is not expensive
