Everyone is trained on their job

Same as most major corporations.

The company values training and will provide necessary training.

There was no legal side insurance offered to employees

Training limited to preferred personnel.

The training given is only rudimentary training. they software and programs used are not user friendly and you learn by being "thrown to the wolves" and getting reprimanded for not providing the correct documentation or paperwork, even those that you were not aware of or trained in the use of.

There are not many official ways to be trained but frankly the senior employees are open and helping.
