Lundbeck has always had diversity as part of its DNA. In our history of more than 100 years, a variety of people, products and partners have come together to make progress for the patients we serve. But 2022 demands more from us, so going forward we have set to work on building an even more equitable and inclusive organization. We’ve taken a hard look inwards into our data and we know where we need to focus.
