Interviewed with HR, then a panel interview, After 3 weeks no reply, so I followed up with a polite email, again no response. Status online says interview process. Has anybody experienced this with ABB?

Interview
Initial 2-3 phone interviews were followed by an onsite interview by two persons after which one of them have guided me to a different location/building for a separate interview with my future manager. Trip expenses and accommodation during the interview were covered by the Company. Approximately 1-2 months afterward I received a phone call from my future manager who offered me a position and proposed a salary.
