Got an HR interview invitation through email. The interview was taken over the phone. The interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. The interview was more about the resume, work done and visa status. After the interview, there was no response on the decision and not even to the follow up emails.

Interview
Got a Call from an HR rep and scheduled a technical interview for 30 mins. This interview consisted mainly of the things mentioned on my resume plus a couple of technical questions about Java. Next was the onsite interview. The onsite interview went on about 3 hours consisting of 3 one hour interviews. The first two were technical and asked a variety of questions. They showed me some code snippets and asked to identify the error generating code. Then some questions about organising the various servers or the architecture of a web based app and how different servers are arranged etc. The third interview was mainly about my background and people skills. Overall, a moderately difficult interview experience.
