Interview
Interview consisted of a screening interview via Skype which oddly enough ended up not working on there end (no video). Progressed onto a face to face two weeks later which went well, but was not notified of the one hour time constraint until time was up. During the face to face I was under the impression that there were issues about this company that the hiring manager was not willing to discuss.
At the end of the interview, I was told that they would be contacting me in three weeks for the next phase. It has been over five weeks now, and have not heard a reply back after repeated attempts to get an update to their decision. Very unprofessional interview.

Interview
Initially I had a Team interview. The managers asked standard questions. This was followed up with the opportunity to shadow an employee and then a follow up interview. I appreciated the time to shadow and ask the employee questions.
