From the time I submitted my resume to getting an email asking if I could do a phone interview was about a month and a half. I did the phone interview which was about 15 minutes, asking me what I was currently doing, why I would be a good fit at KnowBe4. Then I was scheduled for a face to face interview via Zoom (due to COVID-19) for 4 days later. Prior to the Zoom interview, I was emailed an IQ, Aptitude and culture assessment to complete. The Zoom interview was about 15 minutes, straight to the point. After the call, I was contacted and told they were going to contact my references. I received an offer letter 3 days later, which I happily accepted!
