Pros

Geographic location is beautiful, half day Friday opportunities. Life/work balance is great for office people, but not for production.

Cons

Inefficient, not open to new ideas/growth/change, no accountability, below average pay, zero help or understanding from corporate or GM, whole company set up to fail from top down, slow outdated software from office to manufacturing which wastes time and makes one simple task take 3 times as long to complete. everything is a need-to-know basis. no cooperation between departments and plants. everyone is out for themselves. Not a welcoming group. Small town, small minds. No room for career advancement. If you are a button pusher just showing up to do a job, this is for you, but if you want to make improvements and be the best you can be, this is not the place. I was warned not to work here, but i thought i could make a difference as i have in previous companies- i was wrong.
