Pros

-Great experience to see what a bad business is run like. -Management not good at their jobs, which makes slacking off allowed.

Cons

-No Leadership. -Low pay for amount of work required. -Workload unrealistic. -Management doesn't care and wont help. -Company on downward spiral as they continue to lose customers. -Main Owner dislikes the staff, keeps money for self, doesn't invest into company. -Family that owns Everbrite uses as a cash cow. -Multiple employees had to go on anti-depressants due to workload

Offered hybrid - worked from home 1- 2 days a week.

Cons

The call queue (especially if you work large accounts like Subway/Dunkin')
