Hiring Manager for Client - Anonymous employee IVY Tech Solutions Employee Review

I almost made the mistake of hiring one of the individuals. It was not the potential contractors fault, but instead the unethical behavior of the contact in bench sales. I almost offered a developer a six figure income and pay to relocate him for a direct hire role in his field of "expertise" when I identified that almost everything on his resume was fabricated. Not embellishments, but complete lies. How would that so called recruiter have felt when I relocated him across the country to simply fire him in two weeks because he simply could not do the job. Sadly to say, the recruiter probably wouldn't have cared.
