It's rare to feel like your voice can actually reach the top... and here it does.

Cons

The one trade-off of remote work is limited face-to-face connection with your team. It's not a dealbreaker because flexibility is worth it, but more opportunities for in-person collaboration (team offsites, occasional meetups) would go a long way in strengthening those relationships.

I genuinely and passionately believe in this company. PerfectServe truly cares about its employees, not just in words, but in action. Leadership actively listens to real employee feedback and makes thoughtful, data‑driven policy decisions based on it. There is a strong sense that people matter here. What also sets PerfectServe apart is its deep respect for the entire clinical ecosystem. Nurses and the broader patient care team are clearly not an afterthought; the mission consistently reflects an understanding of frontline clinical realities and the importance of supporting care teams holistically. On top of that, the people are exceptional, smart, collaborative, driven by a shared purpose, and are just good, kind people.
