Extreme toxicity has entered the company. HR trainings and what they preach don’t align with what actually happens or is followed by upper leadership. It’s high stakes environment so they will do whatever it takes to get to first launch and burn as many people as needed to get there. Many great long time employees have left for competitors, in comes the SpaceX culture and not necessarily the good kind.
