      Pros

      Fast paced, exciting and fun work, no day is the same. Lots of opportunity to start something new. Innovation and creativity is valued.

      Cons

      High expectations & high pressure. Expect to work beyond your 9-6, but if you're in the right role, it's not too bad. Super flat organization so not much room to move up in the company in a way that would include a title change.

      Experience working in a fast-paced environment

      Cons

      Negative company culture, mandatory RTO 5 days a week, no flexibility. People get burned out fast and leave fast. Evaluations are always negative and based on biased comments from colleagues, not on actual constructive feedback. No work-life balance.
