The job was supposed to be customer service role. It was in fact a mind mumbling boring finance role. Training was totally bizarre, the office way too hot with no air conditioning. You were unable to have any appointments in work time, which is ridiculous - no one can go doctors or dentist outside 9-5. Two tier treatment of staff, some were allowed on their mobile phones and to walk around all day, some weren’t, you were expected to ask for work off people who were over worked themselves and didn’t have the time or want to show you. No official toilet breaks out and you were expected to announce you were going to the toilet every time you left the desk.
