Very high pressure urgency culture despite Uber Eats SMB being not that deep. Promotions are rare and they do not seem to value high level AMs. Level pay ranges have decreased for all new hiring and they are only hiring the lowest level which assets that they feel its not valuable to have high quality AMs supporting restaurant partners.
