Pros

Family like atmosphere of a small business with professionalism that comes with being a part of a huge organization like Optum. Great colleagues and great management. You can get top of the line tools to do your job to the best of your ability.

Cons

This is not the place for you if you are afraid of hard work. I can't find anything else to say that could be considered a confirmed.
