      Collaborative environment, supportive coworkers and leaders, and solid culture.

      Cons

      Financial pressure led to analytical based decisions that unfortunately left the people that performed the work out in the cold. Once the stake in the company transfered to the financiers (bond holders), the industry and people based decisions were an afterthought.
