Pros

I respect the company and what it does to help make drs lives easier with providing tools

Cons

Stryker was the worst place I ever worked. Upper management needs a lot of work. I watch the VP invite new employees in and treat them like a friend until a new person come in and then push the old one out. Never any security and you always have to watch your back. Sports Medicine could be great with a different management team.

Pros

Nice people, competitive salary, and good benefits. Overall, the management is decent, although there are a few exceptions.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the narrow scope of responsibilities in some teams. As a result, the work can become repetitive quite quickly, offering limited opportunities for professional growth and skill development. On the positive side, there are opportunities to switch roles or transfer to a different team, which can help keep things interesting and support further development.
