      Good to join if you want to join small IT company and you donot have proper work status.

      Pros

      If you are willing to join an IT consulting firm where there is no pay on bench than it is ok to join.

      Cons

      No Pay on bench, not flexible with the rates, No proper training, No carreer management, employer does not take any risk of hiring you only they want to make money out of you, No benifits you have to pay from your pocket for medical insurance.

      Good place to work for until you give your 15 day notice

      Cons

      Worked for this company for couple years but when I gave my 15 day notice things changed . I was not paid my bonus and had hard time with the employer with the transition to a different company.

      Pros

      i was there for a couple of weeks ,the thing i noticed is that they are really working hard on their students and also consultants from outside who are only for placement.i came out due to some reasons ...but i really miss and feel why left and came...should have been more patient..and tackled the situation which was the attitude problem of other girls...very good trainer...oh my god my luck was not with me...i feel noone should go for any online training....Arjun and ria are too good ...people do get placed...i took from H2k infosys ..they jsut engulfed my money ..did nothing..and now i a m cluless where to go ...please go for this company ..its my very sincere suggestion..i learne da lot being there...

      try to be sweet to evryone ..i know you guys are real hard working chaps...but donot be bias...
