We are proud to announce RPM and Atlanta-based CF Real Estate Services have partnered to merge our two incredible organizations! In coming together, we will expand our national footprint by adding over 26,000 apartment units, heavily concentrated in the southeast region. As an NMHC Top 50 manager, we’ll grow together to a total of more than 84,000 apartment units and 1,800 nationwide team members, plus nine regional offices, a regional headquarters in Atlanta, and our main headquarters in Austin. Furthermore, our presence will expand to include 17 states throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Central, Midwest and Southwest regions. With such little overlap in our geography, this merger with CF truly expands our reach, strengthens our organizations and provides significant opportunity to all our associates.
